Easy and simple to make.
Ingredients:
3 potatoes (cut in quarters)
2 carrots (cut thin)
1 (15 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
2 garlic cloves (chopped fine)
1 onion (chopped fine)
1 cup water
salt
pepper (optional)
4 tuna fillets
Directions:
1. In a saucepan add first eight ingredients and bring to the boil.
2. Reduce heat to medium low.
3. When boil has been reduced to a simmer, add tuna and cook for about 20 minutes or until tuna is soft (flakes can be separated easily).
4. Serve hot.
