Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute onion and bell pepper in butter 3 minutes or until tender, remove from heat.
  2. Add pimento, soups, milk, lemon juice and tuna, mix well.
  3. Place half of potato chips in bottom of lightly buttered 9 x13 casserole dish.
  4. Cover with tuna mixture.
  5. Sprinkle remaining potato chips on top.
  6. Bake at 350F (175C) for 30 minutes.
