Ingredients:

  • 4 oz tuna
  • 3 tbsp bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tbsp dill
  • 1 1/2 tsp horseradish
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp vegetable oil

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Heat oil over medium heat in non-stick pan
  3. Cook pattties for 10 min- turning 1/2 way through cooking- until golden.
