Tuna, Broccoli and Pasta Bake

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 200C/400F/ gas mark 6.
  2. Cook the pasta in boiling water for 5 minutes, add the broccoli and cook for another 4-5 minutes until just tender. Drain.
  3. Flake tuna into an ovenproof dish.
  4. Blend margarine, flour and milk, bring to boil, stirring constantly until sauce thickens.
  5. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, remove from heat and add half the cheese, mustard powder, and pepper to taste.
  6. Spoon pasta and broccoli over the time and cover with the sauce.
  7. Mix breadcrumbs with the remaining cheese and sprinkle over the top.
  8. Bake for about 25 minutes until golden and crisp.
