Ingredients:
2 cups mesclun
1/2 cup roasted red pepper, sliced (jarred)
1/2 cup artichoke heart (jarred)
1/2 avocado, sliced
1 (3 ounce) can albacore tuna, drained and flaked
2 tablespoons honey mustard dressing (simple honey mustard salad dressing or use newman's own lighten up honey mustard dressing)
Directions:
1. Toss together mesclun, red peppers, and artichokes; top with avocado and tuna.
2. Drizzle with dressing.
