Ingredients:
2 cups kale, ribs removed and sliced thinly
1 tablespoon capers
1/2 cup cannellini beans, drained and rinsed (canned)
1 ounce feta cheese, crumbled
1 (3 ounce) can albacore tuna, drained and flaked
2 tablespoons honey mustard dressing (simple honey mustard salad dressing or use newman's own lighten up honey mustard dressing)
Directions:
1. Toss together kale, capers, and beans; top with feta and tuna.
2. Drizzle with dressing.
