Tuna-and-Green Bean Pasta Salad

Ingredients:
2 cups green beans and pan-roasted red onions
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons water
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
4 cups cooked gemelli (about 2 cups uncooked short twisted pasta)
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 1/2 tablespoons capers
2 (6-ounce) cans albacore tuna in water, drained and flaked
Directions:
1. Cut beans into 1-inch pieces. Combine juice and next 5 ingredients ( juice through garlic powder) in a large bowl; stir well with a whisk. Add Green Beans and Pan-Roasted Red Onions, pasta, and remaining ingredients; toss well.
