Ingredients:
1 (7 ounce) can tuna in water, drained
1 cucumber, peeled seeded and diced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 cup mayonnaise
4 rice cakes, rounds
Directions:
1. Break up tuna and mix with cucumber. Add soy sauce and mayonnaise and mix well.
2. Spread 1/4 of the tuna mixture over each rice cake. Serve.
