Ingredients:
1/2 head boston lettuce, torn
1/4 cup nicoise olive
1/2 cup canned chick-peas, rinsed and drained
1 ounce smoked mozzarella cheese, cubed
1 (3 ounce) can albacore tuna, drained and flaked
2 tablespoons honey mustard dressing (simple honey mustard salad dressing or use newman's own lighten up honey mustard dressing)
Directions:
1. Toss together lettuce, olives, and chickpeas; top with cheese and tuna.
2. Drizzle with dressing.
