Tuna and Black Olive Melts

Ingredients:
6 english muffins, split
2 (6 ounce) cans tuna, drained
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup sliced black olives
3 tablespoons chopped red onions
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons butter
6 ounces cheddar cheese, sliced
Directions:
1. Preheat broiler. Lightly toast English muffins.
2. In a bowl, flake tuna into small chunks. Toss with celery, olives and red onions.
3. Add mayonnaise, stir to blend well and season with pepper.
4. Place muffin halves cut side up on a baking sheet. Spread with butter. Divide tuna salad among muffins and top with cheese.
5. Broil for 1-2 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
