Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix together cookie crumbs and butter. Press firmly onto bottom of 9-inch spingform pan.
  2. In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in Eagle Brand until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
  3. Pour into pan.
  4. Bake 1 hour in preheated 325F oven, or until center slightly jiggles when is lightly shaken. Cool. Chill. just before serving, remove side of springform pan. Garnish as desired.
