About Parfait Amour - The name means perfect love in French, and this sweet purple liqueur is flavored with citrus and spices. Ingredients:
1 ounce french parfait amour liqueur |
1 ounce galliano |
3 ounces pink grapefruit juice |
1 tablespoon honey (or bartender's sugar syrup) |
2 maraschino cherries |
Directions:
1. Shake the liquids together in a shaker filled with ice.
2. Serve in a Collins glass. Garnish with 2 cherries.
