I had some crushed pineapple and a frozen banana and decided to make me a smoothie with it for lunch. I added a few other things and it turned out great. This is so simple and taste wonderful.
Ingredients:
1 banana, frozen
1/4 cup crushed pineapple
6 ounces yogurt, boston cream pie from yoplait
1/4 cup milk (more if you like a thinner smoothie)
2 tablespoons coconut flakes
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients into a blender and blend.
2. NOTE: When freezing the banana, make sure you peel it first. Then place it into a ziplock bag and place in freezer.
