This is a thick, but not cold, smoothie from the book The Big Book of Juices and Smoothies. It has tons of recipes, but they're all ambiguous on the amounts. I played with the recipe, and this is what I came up with. My smoothie hating 2 kids loved it! Yeah! If you prefer a colder smoothie, use frozen fruit.
Ingredients:
6 medium strawberries
15 raspberries
1 cup pineapple (canned is fine)
5 tablespoons yogurt
6 tablespoons pineapple juice (from the canned pineapple, if using)
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Makes 1 large or 2 small smoothies.
