Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
1 cup fresh pineapple
3/4 cup soymilk
1 tablespoon honey (optional) or 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
Directions:
1. Blend all of the above ingredients in a food processor or blender for 1 to 2 minutes, until smooth and creamy.
