Ingredients:
1 container(8oz.) low-fat vanilla or banana yogurt
dash of ground cinnamon or nutmeg
2/3c low-fat plain granola
1c dole tropical fruit
Directions:
1. Stir together yogurt and cinnamon in a small bowl. Layer yogurt mixture with tropical fruit and granola.
