Quick & easy way to start your day. I like to use the Wawona brand tropical frozen fruit mix from Costco, and either Fage or The Greek Gods brand Greek yogurt. While most people immediately think of milk or orange juice for a smoothie, my favorite juices for this recipe are either cran-rasperry, or Welch's Mountain Berry.
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen mixed tropical fruit
1 medium banana
2 tablespoons greek yogurt
12 ounces fruit juice
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in blender, and blend until smooth.
