Triple Raspberry Sundaes

Prep: 5 minutes. For big citrus flavor, spoon the raspberry sauce and berries over lemon sorbet instead of the raspberry.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup raspberry spread (such as polaner all fruit)
2 teaspoons triple sec (orange-flavored liqueur)
2 teaspoons water
1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries
1 1/3 cups raspberry sorbet
4 fresh mint sprigs (optional)
Directions:
1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl; stir with a whisk.
2. Combine raspberries and raspberry spread mixture in a medium bowl, stirring gently.
3. Spoon sorbet into 4 stemmed glasses; top with raspberry mixture. Garnish each with a mint sprig, if desired.
