What a delicious dessert!! so simple and easy to make -
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 cups flaked coconut
1 (300 ml) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
1 (12 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
Directions:
1. Preheat ove to 350F or 325F for glass dish.
2. In 9x13-inch pan, melt butter in oven. Sprinkle crumbs evenly over butter; mix together and press into pan.
3. Top evenly with coconut, then Eagle Brand.
4. Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt chips with peanut butter. Spread evenly over hot coconut layer. Cool 30 minutes.
5. Chill. Cut into bars.
6. Store loosely covered, at room temperature.
