Triple Chocolate Cupcakes (Gluten-Free)

These irresistible gluten-free treats will satisfy everyone's craving for cupcakes.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
3 large eggs
1/2 cup agave nectar
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (73% cacao)
1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup white chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Line 8 muffin cups with liners.
3. In large bowl, combine coconut flour, cocoa powder, salt and soda.
4. In medium bowl, whisk eggs with agave nectar.
5. Blend wet ingredients into coconut flour mixture using a hand mixer until it's thoroughly combined, then fold in all of the chocolate chips.
6. Scoop 1/4 cup of batter into each prepared muffin cup.
7. Bake 25-30 minutes.
8. Let cupcakes cool in pan 1 hour before removing.
