This is so easy, but so good. Try it for breakfast. Ingredients:
1 cup sugar-free non-fat vanilla yogurt (sweetened with non-calorie sweetener) |
1/2-3/4 cup fresh or slightly defrosted blueberries |
6 medium strawberries, sliced |
1/2 cup kroger brand blueberry almond cereal (or post blueberry morning cereal) |
Directions:
1. Sweeten the berries with noncalorie sweetener. 2. Layer in glass berries, cereal, yogurt. 3. Layer until all ingredients are gone. 4. Eat immediately. |
