Ingredients:
8 ounces frozen mixed berries
2 small bananas, peeled, cut into 2-inch pieces, and frozen
6 ounces vanilla yogurt, preferably whole milk
1 cup whole milk
1 to 2 tablespoons honey
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to blender and puree until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
