Ingredients:
2 large red bell peppers, cut into 1/4-inch strips
2 large green bell peppers, cut into 1/4-inch strips
2 large yellow bell peppers, cut into 1/4-inch strips
1/4 cup olive oil
6 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
chopped fresh parsley
Directions:
1. Sauté peppers in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat 10 minutes. Add garlic; sauté 5 minutes. Stir in salt and pepper; sprinkle with parsley.
