Tri-Colour Veggie Burgers

This is a very simple and tasty vegetarian recipe. It's quick to prepare and the patties can be eaten in a veggie burger or on their own! This is also oil-free if you use a non-stick frying pan.
Ingredients:
1 medium carrot
1 medium zucchini
1/2 medium brown onion
2 egg whites
salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. Grate or julienne vegetables.
2. Mix grated vegetables with egg whites; season.
3. Place about 2 tablespoons worth of mixture into a non-stick frypan, flatten it out slightly so that the burgers are about 1cm thick. Cook on both sides till golden brown and crispy.
