Califlower and brocolli are the main ingredients to this quick, healthy salad for lunch or before dinner.
Ingredients:
brocolli
cauliflower
radishes or slivered carrots
ranch dressing
lawry's salt
pepper
Directions:
1. Get a small head of cauliflower and a small bundle of brocolli. Add slivers of carrots or radishes for color and added flavor. Chop up the pieces to a little smaller than bite size. Sprinkle with Lawry's Salt and pepper and add ranch dressing. I shake it all up in a tupperware container and it's a great salad to take to the office to keep you from snacking on the naughty stuff.
