Ingredients:
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup wheat bran
1/4 cup oats
1/4 cup artificial sweetener
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch salt
1 egg (or equivalent)
1/2 cup soymilk
2 tablespoons margarine
2 tablespoons honey
12 ounces trail mix
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2. Place all dry ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and mix well.
3. Whisk egg equivalent and milk until well blended.
4. Melt margarine and honey together.
5. Make a well in the dry ingredients; add egg/milk and honey/margarine mixtures. Stir until well blended.
6. Add entire bag of trail mix and stir until evenly coated.
7. Pour mixture into lightly greased 8x8 square pan and spread evenly.
8. Bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
