Trail mix Makes (6) 1/2 cup servings
Ingredients:
1 cup corn chex
1/2 cup chopped dried apricots
1/3 cup craisins
1/3 cup goji berries
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
23 grams pistachios
10 grams dark chocolate, (70% cacoa or more)
Directions:
1. Shell pistachios
2. Chop chocolate and apricots
3. Mix ingredients and store in air tight container
