Classic Ratatouille gives six portions
Ingredients:
222 grams onion
334 grams aubergine
216 grams zuchini
99 grams green pepper
142 grams red pepper
410 grams tomatoes
400 grams tomato sauce
5 grams mixed herbs
Directions:
1. Chop all the vegetables
2. cook with soem water in large pan
3. Add the herbs and mix
4. Add the tin tomatoes chopped
5. Add the tomato Frito/ Sauce
6. Stir, bring to the boil and then simmer until the vegetables are cooked to your taste
