Trader Joe's General Tso's Chicken

Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup sauce, general tso's
2 boneless, skinless chicken breast (4 halves), cut into bite size pieces
1/4 cup lite soy sauce
2 tbs non fat milk
1 tbs mayo
1 cup cornstarch
2 tbs canola oil (need enough to fry chicken)
2 cups sliced green onions
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
2 cups cooked white rice
Directions:
1. Cook chicken on stove top in wok.
2. Mix chicken, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes. Stir in milk & mayo. Add cornstarch, and mix until chicken pieces are coated. Deep fry 7 or 8 chicken pieces at a time in a 350 degree oil until chicken pieces are crispy. Drain on paper towels. Repeat until all chicken chunks are fried.
3. Place a small amount of oil (1 Tbsp.) in wok, and heat to 400 degrees. Add onions and stir fry about 30 seconds. Add sauce to wok. Cook until it begins to thicken. If it gets too thick, add water to right consistency. Add chicken to sauce in wok, and cook until all is hot and bubbly. Serve with cooked white rice
