Trachelle's Favorite Wheat Bread (Bread Machine)

This bread is sweeter than most whole wheat breads and it stays moist and soft for several days. Freezes well too.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons canola oil
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup warm water
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup white bread flour
1 1/2 teaspoons yeast
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer.
2. Add 2-3tbs of water or flour if dough is too wet or dry.
3. I usually use the dough cycle then form loaf, rise until doubled, and bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
