Tracey's Hamburger Casserole

Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef
2 cups no added salt sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup yellow bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
14 ounces no-salt-added stewed tomatoes
10 ounces cream of mushroom soup
2 cups elbow macaroni
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef and cook macaroni.
2. Prepare and drain all ingredients.
3. Add all ingredients except cheddar.
4. Place in a casserole dish, sprinkle cheddar on top.
5. Cook at 350°F for one hour.
