This dish is a great way to turn bitter brussel sprouts into a tasty side dish everyone can enjoy.
Ingredients:
fresh brussel sprouts
2 tbsp salted butter
pepper
garlic salt
fresh lemon juice
balsamic vinegar
Directions:
1. Pre heat oven to 350 F
2. Wash brussel sprouts, trim 1/8 off bottoms and halve
3. Blanch sprouts in boiling water for 2 min.
4. Arrange sprouts cut side up in a baking dish
5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, dab with butter
6. Bake for 10 min
7. Before serving, sprinkle with lemon juice and vinegar
