Tortilla Pinwheels

They are excellent appetizers for any party and a big hit!. You can make these tortilla pinwheels with the same procedure but with different filling.
Ingredients:
5 (6 inch) flour tortillas, warmed
1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach, defrosted and pressed all water out
1/2 cup light sour cream
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
1 (1 ounce) package ranch salad dressing mix
1 tablespoon bacon, bites
5 (6 inch) flour tortillas
1 (6 ounce) container salmon flavored cream cheese
1 (6 ounce) can salmon, flaked, bones and skin removed
2 green onions, chopped
5 (6 inch) flour tortillas
1 cup light sour cream
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened (i use light cream cheese)
1 (1 ounce) package ranch salad dressing mix
1 (7 ounce) can green chilies, diced, rinse and drained
1 (4 ounce) jar red pimientos, diced, rinsed and drained
1/4 cup chopped green onion
Directions:
1. Warm flour tortillas between a cloth towel or two paper towels in the microwave oven until warmed.
2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Spread on the warmed flour tortillas, roll up and cover tightly in plastic wrap.
3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Unwrap and cut in 1-inch thick slices before serving.
