This salad is so quick that it is great for the last minute dish for a party or get-together. Was a talk at all the parties I attended.
Ingredients:

1 8oz pkg part skim mozzarella cheese 1 inch cube slices
1 lb. pkg athenos feta traditional crumbled
2 fresh bunches broccoli crowns ( cut in small chunks )
2 lbs. fresh or frozen tri-color tortellini
2 large tomatoes cut into 1 inch cubes
1 can large pitted black olives sliced in circles
1 6” stick pepperoni cut in 1/4 “ inch slices sliced in quarters
dressing: wishbone just 2 good italian or country italian
Directions:
1. In a large pan par cook Broccoli chunks ( about 10 minutes ) Drain put in bowl and set aside in Refrigerator.
2. In the same pan rinse cook Tortellini till they float ( about 10 minutes ) Drain rinse place in a large bowl or in a 13” x 9” x 2” E-Z Aluminum baking pan
3. Combine all ingredients except the dressing. Mix well. With the dressing pour a little at a time to coat not soak. Toss gently. If warm chill for 15 minutes or till ready to serve.
