Ingredients:
250g dates, pitted and finely chopped
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup blanched almonds, finely chopped
4 eggs, lightly beaten
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Line a spring-form pan with parchment. Rub the sides with a little vegetable oil and dust with flour.
3. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly in a bowl.
4. Pour into the cake pan and bake for 40-45 minutes.
5. Let the cake cool in the pan on a rack before removing.
