swiss steak using arm roast and canned tomatoes
Ingredients:
1 1/2 pound beef roast
13 oz tomatoes
15 baby carrots
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Directions:
1. dredge beef with salt/pepper/flour mix, slice onion and layer on bottom of crock pot. add beef, top with carrots and more onions. Pour one can of diced tomatoes over all. sprinkle with celery salt, if desired. (or add chopped celery) . Cook on slow for 8- 10 hours. (Green pepper could be added)
