Toni's Sugar Free Apple Sauce Quick Bread

A yummy sugar free quickb
Ingredients:
1 cup quick cooking oat meal
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar substitute
2 large eggs
1/2 cup olive oil (i used extra virgin)
1/4 milk
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon good vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups sugar, free apple-butter
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees . combine all dry ingredients mix well . In a separate bowl . Mix wet ingredients in another bowl then combine the wet with the dry . Mix gently and avoid over mixing as this will make your bread tough. Spray a 9x5 inch loaf pan with your preferred non stick cooking spray .Then pour in your batter and bake for approximately 50 minutes or just until a tooth pick comes out clean.
