Ingredients:

  • 4 large ripe tomatoes (about 2 1/2 lb)
  • 1/2 cup green goddess dressing , recipe follows

Directions:

  1. Core, then cut the tomatoes into wedges and put them into a large bowl. Toss with the dressing and serve.
