Tomatoes in Dill Sauce

I was going through South of the Fork , put out by the Junior League of Dallas and this caught my eye. Haven't tried it yet. You just set it up and bake it.
Ingredients:
6 tomatoes, medium, thickly sliced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
6 green onions, chopped
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/2-3/4 cup breadcrumbs, fresh buttered ideally
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. In a greased casserole dish, place one half of the tomatoes; sprinkle with half the salt, pepper, and chopped onion.
3. Repeat layers.
4. Cover with sour cream; sprinkle with dill and bread crumbs.
5. Bake 25 minutes or until brown.
