Ingredients:
1 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
1 1/2 cups tomato juice
1 small garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
cayenne pepper, a pinch (or to taste)
Directions:
1. Whisk all ingredients together .
2. Store in a glass bottle in the refrigerator.
3. Sprinkle on salad and toss.
