Tomato Vegetable Soup

Great on a cold winter day. You can add any vegetables you like to suit your tastes.
Ingredients:
1 lb ground round
1 (14 ounce) can beef broth
10 ounces frozen broccoli, chopped
10 ounces frozen corn
3 large carrots
1 (15 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes with juice
1 cup fresh mushrooms
46 ounces v8 vegetable juice (tomato if preferred)
1 garlic clove
1/4 cup water
2 medium potatoes, diced
1 onion, chopped
1/2 cup oatmeal
2 tablespoons oregano
Directions:
1. Brown beef in a dutch oven, drain.
2. Add all ingredients & bring to a boil.
3. Cover, reduce heat & simmer 1 Hour.
