Tomato / Vegetable juice to can

This is my FAVORITE veggie juice recipe - easy & delicious! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
16 quarts tomatoes
8 medium green peppers
8 onions
4 stalks celery
3 cups sugar
4 tablespoons salt
Directions:
1. Chop veggies.
2. (or halve or quarter if using Victorio Strainer).
3. Add water to partially cover (don't fill the pot),& cook all veggies until soft.
4. Strain through Victorio or fruit press or cheesecloth.
5. Add sugar& salt& bring to a boil.
6. Pour into jars once it's reached a'rolling' boil,and allow to set stationary 24 hours or until seal has set.
