Tomato Sandwich with Basil Mayonnaise
Ingredients:
1/4 cup mayonnaise
10 basil leaves, chopped
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
3 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 teaspoon minced garlic
3 ciabatta rolls, cut in half, toasted
3 tomatos, sliced
Directions:
1. Whisk together the mayonnaise, basil, pepper, lemon juice, olive oil and garlic. Spread the mayonnaise mixture on the ciabatta slices. Place the sliced tomato on top.
