Tomato Salad Served With Cottage Cheese

I make this all the time to eat at work and my co-workers love it. Very flavorful.
Ingredients:
4 -5 medium ripe tomatoes
3 green onions, white and green parts
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh basil or 1 tablespoon freeze- dried basil
1 tablespoon oil (olive or grapeseed)
1 1/2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (i find fresh garlic a little too strong in this mix)
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Directions:
1. Cut tomatoes in half and gently squeeze, scooping out pulp and seeds. Dice.
2. Mince green onions and chop Cilantro medium fine.
3. Add onions, Basil, Cilantro, vinegar, oil and garlic powder to tomatoes and toss. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4. Store in fridge until ready to use.
5. Serve with 2 scoops low fat cottage cheese and gently mix.
