Tomato Quiche

This would be a good recipe when the tomatoes are in season.
Ingredients:
2 cups swiss cheese, shredded
1 unbaked pie shell
3 tomatoes, peeled, chopped, and drained
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon basil, dried
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Sprinkle the Swiss cheese over the bottom of the pie shell.
2. Layer the tomatoes and over cheese.
3. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, basil, and garlic powder.
4. Beat the eggs and milk together, and pour over the tomatoes.
5. Sprinkle wi th the Parmesan cheese.
6. Bake in a 350F oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
