Tomato Onion Chutney

Ingredients:
8 fresh tomatoes
1 medium onion
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon garam masala
3/4 cup malt vinegar or 3/4 cup cider vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon honey
Directions:
1. Chop tomatoes and onions. Combine with other ingredients in a heavy saucepan.
2. Cook, partially covered, over low heat for 20 minutes. Mash. Simmer until thickened.
3. Serve with any Indian dish except one which features tomatoes.
