  1. Arrange tomato slices in 9x13 dish. Mix oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and green onions using a whisk. Mix well. Spoon dressing over tomatoes. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours. sprinkle with parsley and cheese. Drain excess dressing before serving.
