Tomato, Macaroni and Cheese (Mac and Cheese)

A different macaroni and cheese side dish that my family enjoys. Add more tomatoes if you like or more cheese. I even like this cold.
Ingredients:
3 cups elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can small diced tomatoes with juice
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
Directions:
1. Combine macaroni, tomatoes, onion powder, salt, pepper and 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese.
2. Pour into a greased 13x9 pan.
3. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 15 minutes.
4. Top with remaining cheese and bake until cheese is melted.
