Tomato-Lime Mahi Mahi

Delicious Mahi Mahi topped with a slightly spicy tomato/lime salsa. Prep time does not include chilling time.
Ingredients:
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
1 1/2 lbs mahi mahi steaks, about 1/4 in. thick
Directions:
1. Combine tomatoes, lime juice, 1 Tbsp olive oil, parsley, garlic, and hot sauce in a small bowl and refrigerate for 2-12 hours.
2. Preheat the grill to medium. Rinse fish then pat dry. Cut into serving size pieces if necessary.
3. Brush fish with remaining 1 Tbsp of olive oil.
4. Grill fish 7-9 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
5. Top with tomatoe mixture and serve.
