Ingredients:
1 tsp honey
1 pinch basil
2 slices tomato
1/8 cup mozzarella cheese
2 tsp margarine
2 slices whole grain bread
Directions:
1. First, spread 1 tsp of margarine on one slice of bread. Then repeat for the other slice of bread. Then, lay one slice of bread (buttered side down) in a small pan. Then, put the tomatos and basil on the slice. Then, sprinkle the mozzarella on. Next, pour the honey on the cheese. Add the other slice of bread with the buttered side facing up. Cook on medium heat until golden brown on the one side. And finish cooking until other side is golden brown.
